Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Agency LP issues refunds for its website-design service. It complements our Terms of Service and applies to every order placed through agencylp.com or via WhatsApp.
1. Right of cancellation before work starts
Under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Art. 49) and equivalent international laws, you have a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel a contract entered into outside our physical premises (i.e., online), counted from the date of payment.
If you exercise this right before we start working on your project (i.e., before we have allocated a designer and started production), you will receive a full refund, processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
2. After work has started
Once you have submitted your brief and we have begun production (typically within a few hours of payment), the project is considered in execution. From that point on:
- If you change your mind, the work already performed is non-refundable, but any unstarted portion may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our reasonable discretion.
- If, after the two included revision rounds, you are still dissatisfied with the result and we cannot reach a mutually acceptable outcome, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund. We do not, however, guarantee a refund based solely on subjective dissatisfaction.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once the related service has begun or been delivered:
- Custom design work that has been started or completed.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domain registrations, paid stock assets, premium plugins, etc.).
- Hosting fees already consumed (see Section 5).
- Setup or migration fees (e.g., the $49 deploy-to-your-host fee) once the service has been performed.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email agenciamktl.p@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request” and your order reference; or
- Send us a message on WhatsApp using the same channel where you placed the order.
Please include the reason for the request. We will acknowledge your message within 2 business days and, if eligible, process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or PayPal, it may take an additional 5–10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Hosting & Care plans
Hosting and Care plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not refund the remainder of an in-progress month. The first 30 days of hosting, included with every site, are not refundable in cash and have no cash value.
6. Chargebacks
We work hard to resolve every issue directly with our clients. We kindly ask you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of services and recovery of costs through the appropriate legal channels.
7. Exceptional circumstances
Nothing in this policy excludes our liability under mandatory consumer-protection laws. If you reside in a jurisdiction granting broader refund rights than those listed above, those statutory rights prevail.
